Nepgel supplies GelproTM nonwoven melt-blown (MB) fabrics (light) with ultrafine fibers of 1-10 m, unit weight of 10-30gsm and filtration efficiency of 80-99.9% for 1.0% NaCl solution / DOP hydrophilic/hydrophobic airsols.

Corona charged; hydrocharged; heat-charged_with high electrostatic effect, thereof, high filtration efficiency but low breathing resistance.

GelproTM MB fabrics could act as the most important component in the manufacturing of PPE products, 3-6 Ply mask N95 & FFP2 masks. All are in response to solid particles / liquid airsols, Covid-19 and many species high-risk bacteria virus.

GelproTM MB fabrics could also be used for air-filtrating related products.
